Nationally Recognised Training

Course Overview

This Nationally Recognised course will provide participants with the skills and practical knowledge to set out, monitor and close traffic management plans and traffic guidance schemes in civil construction and maintenance.

Course Delivery

This comprehensive course is segmented into three essential components:

Part 1 – Interactive Classroom Training: A full day of face-to-face instruction that embraces a multifaceted approach to learning. This segment features engaging presentations, collaborative group activities, and a mix of simulated scenarios and practical exercises.

Part 2 – Online Learning Modules “Working in Proximity to Traffic”: Mini-courses accessible on the TMR website focused on working in proximity to traffic. Proof of certification from these modules is required within three months following the classroom session. (Participants will only need to complete this once).

Part 3 – On-site Practical Experience: Arrange three distinct traffic signage setups under the guidance of a certified Traffic Management Implementer (TMI). Third-party verification of your experience is required to be submitted within a three-month period of the classroom component.
